The Parisi Running Club is for the runner or want-to-be runner, who prefers not to run alone. The group will meet 3x's/week. One short run, one hill/interval run and one long run. The club will be suppervised by a certified running coach.  As a group, we would like to do a 5k, 10k, a half marathon and a tuff mudder by the fall...but none of these are mandatory.

Team Challenge is the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation's new endurance training program. The New Jersey Marathon is the largest running event in the state. This group is another way in which we connect with athletes, supporters, volunteers, charity affiliates, beneficiaries and sponsors.
